Philippine Transmarine Carriers boss calls for more cadet berths

Manila: Gerardo Borromeo, the ceo of Philippine Transmarine Carriers (PTC), speaks to our sister site Maritime CEO today on common crewing issues that face the shipping sector and are rarely resolved. 

Borromeo, who is also president of the global shipmanagement association, Intermanager, called for more berths to be made available for cadets onboard ships.
