Kuala Lumpur: A Thai International Tankers, Danai 4, that went missing for two days has been released by pirates with the cargo missing, the International Maritime Bureau said.

The ship went out of contact on Sunday after leaving Singapore. The Kuala Lumpur piracy centre said: “The pirates stole the cargo and destroyed the communication equipment on the ship, all crew are safe.”
