Prosafe accommodation vessel extended by Equinor

Accomodation vessel specialist Prosafe has announced that Equinor UK has exercised the fourth of six one-month options available to extend the charter of Safe Boreas.

The vessel is operating at the Mariner project in the UK sector of the North Sea, accommodating personnel working in the hook up and early production phase.

The one-month extension is through to October 2019, and worth around $5m.
