Dalian: The northern Chinese port operator, Qingdao port, has singed the cooperation agreement with Binzhou port to jointly establish Binzhou Port Qinggang International Terminal Co., Ltd. to develop and manage the port of Binzhou.
The total investment of the jv is RMB50m, with the two parties holding a 50% stake in the new venture.
Qinggang International Terminal will operate the two 30,000 tons-class terminals at Binzhou port, and the two parties will also cooperate on commodity trading and logistics financial services. [17/12/14]
