Shanghai: Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries (RHI) announced that it has signed an agreement with Nantong Hongwei Ship Technology Development to set up a joint venture which will be dedicated to special engineering ship design.
RHI and Nantong Hongwei will invest RMB3.25m and RMB1.75m to get 65% and 35% of the joint venture respectively. [23/01/14]
