Doha: Qatar Navigation Company announced yesterday that it has achieved a 30% growth in net profit for the first half of this year, notching up record interims. The company made a net profit of 574m riyals ($157.6m)
"We are focusing hard on driving sustainable improvements in a number of areas across our business," added Khalifa Ali Al-Hetmi, president and ceo, "the results are partially a reflection of these efforts as well, and we will continue to look for ways to optimise our operations regardless of market conditions."
