Richard Sadler leaving GasLog

New York-listed LNG shipowner GasLog has appointed Paolo Enoizi as COO designate of GasLog and GasLog Partners, replacing former LR boss Richard Sadler who is leaving the company.

Enoizi takes up the role in August and will be based in Piraeus, and will work alongside Sadler for a transition period. Enoizi was most recently managing director of Stolt Tankers in Rotterdam.

“Richard indicated his desire to work with the rest of the senior leadership team to identify a long-term successor for the COO role. Today’s announcement of Paolo as COO Designate is the successful outcome of that process,” the company explained of Sadler’s departure.

Sadler joined GasLog in November 2017, replacing Graham Westgarth

Paul Wogan, CEO of GasLog, commented: “I am delighted to welcome Paolo to the GasLog team. His wealth of knowledge and experience in the shipping industry will complement the operational excellence developed over many years by our outstanding team in Greece. His dedication to the highest standards of safety, flawless operations and technical innovation will also be of great benefit as we strive to deliver our vision of being the leading provider of LNG shipping services.”
