Rizhao Port sets up logistics jv with Cosco

Rizhao Port, a major bulk shipping port in North China, has entered into an agreement with Cosco Shipping Logistics to set up a joint venture.

The 50/50 joint venture Rizhao Port Cosco Shipping Logistics will integrate all logistics business at Rizhao Port.

As part of the agreement, Rizhao Port will transfer its shareholdings in six logistics subsidiaries into the joint venture.

Rizhao Port believes the collaboration with Cosco will greatly enhance the port’s logistics operations and service levels.
