London: Robert Perri has left his position as CFO on the management teams of Paragon Shipping and Box Ships.
Michael Bodouroglou (pictured) has replaced him as interim CFO of both companies. Bodouroglou is CEO, chairman and president of Box Ships and chief executive of Paragon.
Both companies say they are looking for a permanent replacement on their respective boards.
“After five years at the company, I have decided to pursue a different career path more in line with my past experience,” Perri said in a statement today.
Perri was vice-president of finance at Atlas Maritime prior to his appointments at NASDAQ-quoted Paragon and NYSE-listed Box Ships.
