Hanoi: State-run Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, or PetroVietnam, has approached Russian oil company Rosneft to invest in oil and gas blocks offshore Vietnam. An agreement is likely to be signed next year. The news follows on from last week’s meeting in Hanoi between the two heads of the oil firms. [26/11/12]
