Shanghai: Sainty Marine announced that it has signed shipbuilding contracts with Thai owner Precious Shipping for the construction of ten 64,000 dwt bulkers.
Total value of the contract is RMB1.7bn and deliveries will start from 2016.
Sainty Marine has resumed trading of the stock, which were halted pending the announcement. [04/03/14]
