Shanghai: Sainty Marine announced that the board has elected Wang Shuhua as the new president of the company.
Former president of the company, Wang Junmin has stepped down as a director under an arrangement with Sainty Marine’s controlling shareholder Jiangsu Guoxin Investment Group.
Sainty Marine reported a net profit of RMB41.9m for the first half of this year, a year-on-year drop of 42.43%. [04/09/14]
