Shanghai: Sainty Marine announced that two of its subsidiaries Sandy Shipping and Shiny Shipping have signed bareboat chartering contracts with Soar Vast Limited, a subsidiary of AVIC Leasing for two 82,000 dwt bulkers, Sainty Visionary and Sainty Vangvard. Sainty Marine will provide guarantees for the contracts. [14/02/14]
