Kuala Lumpur: A subsidiary of Malaysia’s SapuraKencana Petroleum, TL Offshore and Seabras Serviços De Petróleo (SSP), a subsidiary of Seadrill have acquired 50% each equity stake in a new company in Austria known as Seabras Sapura Holding (SSH) by subscribing to 17,500 common shares each of par value of EUR1 each respectively.
The intended principal activity of SSH is investment holding looking after vessel owning and vessel chartering. [19/11/13]
