SapuraKencana wins new contracts worth $215m

Malaysia’s SapuraKencana has won several new contracts across India, Brunei and Malaysia worth a total of $215m.

In India, the company has won a 20-month contract from ONGC at the B127 Cluster Pipeline RTR Project consistent of engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of 11 pipeline systems and associated topside modifications.

The company has also been awarded a charter contract by Brunei Shell Petroleum for tender assist drilling rig SKD Pelaut for a period of two years, with further options for an additional two years.

Lastly, Petronas has awarded the firm a subsea contract for Sepat MOPU to provide underwater maintenance services for a period of two months.

Grant Rowles

Grant spent nine years at Informa Group based in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore.
