Singapore: SBI Offshore has reached what it describes as “a final an amicable settlement” with Aker MH.
It puts to an end a 17-month long spat between the two firms over a commission income dispute over a substantial order for offshore equipment.
SBI Offshore said the settlement will have positive material impact for financial years 2013 stretching through to 2015. [12/02/14]
