Seafarer falls to his death in the Houston Ship Channel

A seafarer died from a 20 m fall on Saturday afternoon while trying to connect a pipe to a crane on a vessel in the Houston Ship Channel.

The name of the worker and the ship involved have not been revealed.

Federal investigators are looking into the accident.
