Kuala Lumpur: Sealink International has concluded the sale of a parcel of land together with a double storey detached industrial building containing 4,244 square metres to Desa Metro for RM6.6m.
The company says the proceeds, after deducting the estimated expenses and other ancillary expenses, will be used for working capital purposes.
