Sealink takes local yard to court

 

Kuala Lumpur: Malaysia’s Sealink International is taking Boustead Penand Shipyard to court. The case centres around a shipbuilding contract from April 2008 to build two 7,000 dwt tankers. Sealink claims it is owned $4.935m in refunds for the ships. Rajah & Tann LLP have been employed as lawyers for Sealink.   [02/01/13]
