Seamec secures DSV charter from IGOPL

Indian subsea vessel operator Seamec has entered into a contract with compatriot company IGOPL Offshore for the charter of its diving support vessel Seamec III.

The contract will see the 1983-built vessel undertake a job offshore Mumbai for a firm period of 100 days with an extension option. The work is expected to start around January 10. The value of the contract is $2.4m.

In October 2017, IGOPL Offshore also chartered Seamec III for a short period of 10 days for work offshore Mumbai.
