Oslo: Oslo Børs will allow Knightsbridge Shipping Limited – to be renamed Golden Ocean Group – to go for a secondary listing.
The listing can take place so long as Knightsbridge has completed its merger with Golden Ocean Group, as first announced in a big shakeup among John Fredriksen controlled companies last October. The secondary listing will take place no later than May 7 this year, the bourse said.
The new Golden Ocean Group will have a fleet of 72 bulkers including 46 capesizes and is part of an overall expected consolidation of Fredriksen’s diverse shipping empire.
