Shanghai Xiangfa Shipping seeks new investor

Shanghai Xiangfa Dangerous Cargo Shipping & Stoarge Company is looking for new investors to restructure the company after it was declared bankrupt by a court in Shanghai in November.

Xiangfa Shipping mainly operates in chemical tanker shipping on domestic rivers, and has a fleet of 25 small tankers. It also operates a chemical terminal at Jinshan district of Shanghai.

The company is currently dealing with a number of court cases with creditors.

The potential investors are requested to submit an application to the company’s administrators before a deadline of February 15.
