Siem Offshore settles debt with Canadian lenders

Norwegian OSV operator Siem Offshore has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Secunda Canada has entered into a settlement agreement with all three of its Canadian lenders.

Under the agreement, all debt owed to the lenders is eliminated by a 61% payment.

Secunda Canada currently owns a fleet of three OSVs including one PSV and two AHTS vessels.
