Hong Kong: Hong Kong-listed Singamas, the container manufacturing arm of the Singaporean Teo family, has announced the resignation of Tam Shuk Pin as executive director, CFO and the company secretary with effect from 2 February 2013 "to devote more time to her own personal affairs” Singamas said in a release.
Ms Chung Pui King will be appointed as CFO from 2 February. She has been with the company since 1996. [14/01/13]
