Guangzhou: Fujian Mawei Shipbuilding announced that it has signed a shipbuilding contract with China’s state-owned energy giant Sinopec for the construction of a platform support vessel.
The vessel will use Havyard 832 LSE design and will be delivered in March 2016.
Fujian Mawei Shipbuilding is one of the oldest shipyards in China, it also received orders for four OSVs from Dubai owner Marine Assets Corp at the end of April. [23/06/14]
