Sinotrans CSC to integrate group assets to listed company

Beijing: In the next two to three years, Sinotrans CSC will integrate the group's logistics business and merge the group’s unlisted assets into its listed company, Zhang Jianwei, president and the executive director of Sinotrans Limited said Monday.

The integration plan will be released in September, which aims at eliminating intra-industry competition and reducing operational cost, Zhang said.

Meanwhile, the group expects to increase its inland trading business which accounts for 15% of the total income of the group at present, and expand the chemical logistics business to improve competitiveness. [21/08/12]
