Shanghai: State-run shipping giant Sinotrans&CSC announced that it has appointed Song Dexing, former director general of water transport department in the Ministry of Transport, as the vice president of the company.
Song, 51, had held many different positions in Ministry of Transport since 1986 and become the director general of the water transport department in 2009. [17/09/14]
