Singapore: Asia’s largest marine supply and logistics company, Sinwa Limited, has announced that Mike Sim will no longer serve as executive chairman of the company.
Sim pleaded guilty to breaches of the Security and Futures Act and Companies Act in court recently, and along with a fine Sim was prohibited from serving as a director in a company for three years.
Sim was responsible for the strategic direction and development of the Group, M&A activities, and the management and expansion of the Group’s China operations. [15/10/12]
