Oslo: Marine insurance provider Skuld, has announced the opening of a branch office in Singapore to further expand business in Southeast Asia.
The firm opened an office in Singapore previously back in September 2006, led at that time by Christopher Hall, and then unexpectedly announced its closure in April 2009.
This time around the office will be headed up by Kjell-Åke Augustsson who recently rejoined Skuld from the Swedish P&I Club in Hong Kong where he was deputy md.
One significant difference now is that the new setup will include Skuld offshore, headed up by Gregory Thomas. [07/12/12]
