Muscat: An agreement to establish a sugar refinery project in Sohar Industrial Port was signed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat Hotel yesterday, which will produce 1m tons of refined sugar annually at a cost of $200m.
The sugar refinery, situated on 180,000 sq m of port land, will be the first of its kind in the Middle East. [15/04/13]
