Solstad Offshore gets more work in Brazil

Norway’s Solstad Offshore has entered into a contract with Queiroz Galvão Exploração e Produção in Brazil for the 1999-built CSV Normand Pioneer.

The contract commences in the first quarter of 2019 is for two years firm and includes two additionally one-year options. The vessel will be supporting production at the Atlanta Field in the Santos Basin. It will replace the Far Sagaris anchor handler when its contract expires.

Additionally, Equinor Brazil has confirmed six-month extension for platform supply vessels Far Scotsman and Far Serenade.

Grant Rowles

Grant spent nine years at Informa Group based in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore.
