The contract is worth roughly NOK1.1bn ($134.1m) over a five-year period.
The contract will start up on July 1 this year. It comes with an option for a three-year extension.
“We are looking forward to a fruitful collaboration with Coor Service Management in running and further developing the facility management services on the five Statfjord and Snorre platforms,” said Statoil’s Astrid Sørensen, senior vice president for joint operations.
