Cairo: The head of the Suez Canal Authority (SCA) Mohab Memish said yesterday that he plans to turn the former SCA headquarters in Islamilia into a museum depicting the struggle by Egyptians to dig the canal.
A delegation from the authority has been to Paris to meet the Friends of Ferdinand De Lesseps Association to discuss the museum plans, with the French side reported to be keen to help. [07/04/13]
