Hong Kong listed company Superb Summit International announced today, the company has inked memorandum with CSSC and Pan Asia Mining to provide coal logistics services to these two companies.
According to the memorandum, Superb Summit will supply 350,000-500,000 tons electricity coal and coking coal to CSSC in the 4th quarter of 2012, the estimated transaction value is around RMb275m-560m, and will supply 5m-9m tons coal to CSSC till 2013, the estimated value is around RMb4bn-9.8bn.
Meanwhile, the company will assist Pan Asia Ming to supply Mongolian coal.
The formal agreement is scheduled to be signed on 18 August. ã€26/07/12】
