Swiber loses three ONGC contracts in India

Swiber Holdings has seen three projects it has been working on in India for Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) be cancelled.

Swiber, an oilfield services company which sought judicial management in Singapore in July, had suffered a number of delays in getting its Indian projects done on time and ONGC has had enough, telling Swiber’s court appointees it will carry out the work itself.

Swiber said in a release it will be engaging ONGC and other stakeholders directly to explore other options to complete the projects.
