The judicial managers of Singapore offshore firm Swiber Holdings have filed an application with the Singapore High Court seeking an extension of its judicial management period through to October 31, 2018.
Swiber announced it would be liquidated in July 2016, only to change its mind a day later and go into interim judicial management. Swiber and subsidiary Swiber Offshore Construction were then granted official judicial management status by the High Court in October 2016.
The judicial managers have also filed applications for an extension to send creditors a statement of proposals and summon a creditors’ meeting until March 31, 2018.
