Swissco reshuffles its executive board

Singapore: The executive board of Singapore-listed Swissco Holdings has seen a reshuffle.

Mr Tan Fuh Gih has stepped down as executive chairman, but will remain executive director of Swissco’s rig business.

Swissco’s group chief investment officer, Mr Tang Kheng Guan Kelvin, has become Swissco’s new executive director after Mr Chua Wei Teck stepped down from the position to pursue other opportunities, Swissco says.

Mr Lim How Teck has assumed the role of independent and non-executive chairman of the group.

“The realignment of the board will streamline and strengthen the Group’s top management as Swissco expands its global footprint,” Alex Yeo, Swissco’s group chief executive officer, said in a statement.

Swissco Holdings provides a wide range of marine services and is listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange. [1/12/14]
