Muscat: A tanker, Shang Yang, heading from Aden to the port of Mukalla has lost power in high waves and is drifting two miles off Mukalla. A towage team from Mukalla has been dispatched to try and bring the ship, carrying 4,400 tons of diesel, to shore. [11/07/13]
