Kuala Lumpur: There’s plenty of transactions whizzing around Malaysia’s TH Heavy Engineering at the moment with plans to take a 30% equity interest in Berlian McDermott, while also offloading THHE’s 30% equity interest in Fabricators Sdn. THHE is making final ammendments to all proposals and will look to push ahead with the transactions shortly, it told the Kuala Lumpur stock exchange yesterday. [21/03/13]
