Tianjin Port shuffles top management

Tianjin Port has announced that the company’s chairman Liang Yongcen and president Liu Qingshun have stepped down from their positions as part of the management reorganisation of the port group.

Liang and Liu has been reappointed as vice chairman and vice president respectively.

The company has appointed Jiao Guangyun as the new president and has yet to appoint a new chairman.

Before joining Tianjin Port, Jiao used to serve as president of Qingdao Port and vice general manager of Shandong Port Group.
