Tianjin port to build ro-ro terminal

Beijing: Tianjin Port is to develop a ro-ro terminal project to further expand its logistics business in the vehicle sector.

The port will develop the terminal project with a professional Chinese vehicle logistics company to provide services for ro-ro terminal handling and warehousing.

Tianjin port is the largest integrated port in northern China, with cargo handling throughput in 2013 of 500m tons, and the new ro-ro terminal project is set to strengthen the port’s position in the vehicle trading sector for China. [06/01/14]
