Dalian: Tianjin Southwest Maritime (TSM) has signed shipbuilding contracts with CSSC-affiliated Jiangnan Shipyard for the construction of two 83,000 cu m VLGCs.
The first vessel will be delivered by the end of 2015 and the rest of the vessels will be delivered in 2016 and 2017.
TSM is the subsidiary of Guangzhou headquartered Wide Shine Group. It currently has another three VLGCs under construction at Jiangnan Shipyard.
TSM now operates a fleet consists of ten LPGs and four asphalt carriers. [28/07/14]
