Taipei: The financially troubled Taiwanese owner, TMT, has asked to delay a scheduled mediation date till February saying it needs more time to file its Chapter 11 plans.
The debtor TMT USA Shipmanagement LLC and 22 related companies filed for Chapter 11 at a United States Bankruptcy Court in June 2013. [09/01/13]
