Singapore: One more ship linked to Nobu Su’s TMT, the tanker, Fortune Elephant, was detained last week following an application by the Singapore law firm Ang & Partners over unpaid fees.
In early March, another TMT tanker, C Whale, was also arrested in Singapore due to payment delays, and the vessel, F Elephant, was auctioned by the Ningbo Maritime Court this month. [21/05/13]
