Manila: University of Iloilo (UI) will tie up with crewing giant Magsaysay to build a new training facility at its campus in 2013 to boost its maritime engineering credentials.
The centre will have two simulation rooms, two lecture rooms, totaling almost 600 sq m. [26/11/12]
