Hong Kong: The protracted bid by private equity firm KTL Camden to liquidate financially struggling Titan Petrochemicals looks set for a Valentine’s clash. A court in Bermuda has now adjourned the case twice with the next hearing set for February 14.
Titan Petrochemicals was involved in oil storage, shipping and shipbuilding before it spectacularly went bust. Since then it has delisted in Hong Kong two years ago and had to fight court cases on many fronts. [06/02/14]
