Vallianz takes the plunge with Sinopacific

Singapore: Leading private Chinese offshore shipbuilder Sinopacific has won a contract with Singapore’s Vallianz Holdings to build four SPA60 vessels. The anchor handlers will be built at Sinopacific’s Zhejiang Shipyard and all of them are expected to be delivered from the end of 2014 to the beginning of 2015.

SPA60 is an anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessel with 60mt bollard pull, 64 m in length overall, and 16 m in breadth mould. It can accommodate 28 persons.   [04/08/14]
