London: A well-known name in the maritime media world, Steve Parks, has set up his own company, Wake Media, after a long stint with UK publisher Riviera Maritime Media.
Wake has already bagged a number of clients such as Napier Turbochargers, Rivertrace Engineering whilst working with a broad selection of news clients such as Nor-Shipping, KBB, GreenSteam and ROG Shiprepair.
Primary services offered by Wake are PR Management, advertising planning and buying and bespoke event management.
“We are not just a PR firm,” Parks stresses, “as it is our opinion that a client needs an all-encompassing agency that can work in a deeper capacity than simply producing press releases or booking adverts. We work very closely with our clients to offer integrated marketing plans, giving them a complete holistic view of their marketing activities.” [23/09/14]
