Singapore: Denis Welch is moving on once again. Welch has quit IHC Asia Pacific, the subsidiary of Dutch firm IHC Merwede to focus on his own consultancy One World Maritime, which was originally set up in 2009. Welch had been with IHC Asia Pacific for two and a half years.
Singapore-based Welch’s varied recent career includes nine months at Mermaid Maritime and two and a half years heading up Drydocks World Southeast Asia. [12/02/14]
