Cairo: Local Palestinian politician Jamal Khodari has confirmed Arabic and Islamic promises to finance Gaza Marine Port's reconstruction and rehabilitation and operate it to serve as a commercial port in the event of a lifting of the naval blockade on Gaza. Gaza’s port infrastructure is incredibly weak, with the scant traffic that it welcomes mainly devoted to fishing at present. [22/04/13]
